The series of books “Derasha LeShabbat” is a selected collection of short sermons for the week’s Torah portion, which are written in pleasant, flowing and fluent language, so that it will be suitable for understanding and enjoyment for everyone at the Shabbat table.
The purpose of the series is for every Jew to have a beautiful sermon ready for the Shabbat table without effort. The sermons were written in easy and understandable language, like a set table that is ready and prepared for a meal, combined with practical instructions for our lives.
Each set contains five books, corresponding to the five Torah Pentacles, and each book is divided according to the parshayot of the week. Within each parsha there are ten sermons.
After years of hard work in writing the books and preparing them for printing, we are publishing them and bringing them into the light of the world, and are happy to invite you to take an active part in the printing of the books.
